About the area

These four north Cornwall villages are placed along the Atlantic coastline between the larger destinations of Bude to the north and Wadebridge & Padstow to the South. They are regularly served by various bus routes. The nearest railway stations are Exeter and Bodmin with airports at Newquay and Exeter. The A30 carries the main traffic into Cornwall and links to the A39 Atlantic Highway from which all the villages are signposted. From this well placed location you can reach most parts of Cornwall and some of Devon by car in less than two hours.

Please call into the Visitor Centre to find out much more about this windswept, yet inspiring coastal hinterland. Here you can access information on the natural environment, history, culture and legends. You will also find an excellent collection of books, maps, gifts, a well chosen range of local walk leaflets and many useful services.
