The landscape, coastline and quaint old buildings are undoubtedly the main attraction of the local area. These are made all the more interesting with local Potteries, Art Galleries, the regenerated Bude Canal system; Museum of Witchcraft, RAF memorabilia, Toys, Heritage, Arthurian legend and The National Trust Old Post Office; Physical activities abound such as surfing, fishing, pony trekking and cycling. Within half an hour’s drive are stately homes such as Lanhydrock and Pencarrow and Bodmin Jail.
